GaP Business Advisors completes MBA virtual internship program with Schulich School of Business

During the height of the Covid 19 pandemic, Gilbert & Pardue sponsored a multi-semester virtual MBA internship program with the Schulich School of Business located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Founders Matt Gilbert and Bret Pardue, along with other GaP senior leaders, spent a significant amount of time mentoring and working with an International MBA team to help them develop their entrepreneurial M&A skills. The M&A Capstone Project objectives required a 9-month commitment by the students involved. In the process, the MBA team was allowed to fully engage and interact with various functions within GaP, observing how sell-side M&A transactions unfold from prospecting to closing and all points in between.
