Gilbert & Pardue Transaction Advisors is excited to announce Mrs. Lisa Lopez has joined GaP as Deal Documents Manager. Lisa brings over 30 years of experience in Customer Service, Proposal Management, and Executive Administration across both private and public sectors.
Before joining GaP, Lisa was the Customer Service Manager at a waste fuel reclamation company, where she played a crucial role in recycling waste chemicals into fuel for cement kilns. Her responsibilities included client engagement to reduce landfill waste, production analysis, and managing Federal/State regulatory documentation. She also collaborated with the executive team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports, focusing on facility and sales KPIs.
Previously, Lisa served as a Proposal Manager at an EPC company and spent a decade at an environmental remediation/construction firm. As a distinguished proposal professional, she developed successful proposals ranging from $250K to $150MM, delivering top-quality solutions to clients. Her responsibilities extended to company licensing across 30 states, contract and document management, and overseeing all aspects of bid, payment, and performance surety bonding.
Earlier in her career, Mrs. Lopez was the Executive Administrator to a Vice President of a major global corporation, where she supported the division in achieving its goals and completing successful projects. She also worked as an Executive Secretary at an International Port Authority, contributing to a $500MM multi-agency improvement project.
Lisa also founded a charity program that has successfully provided Christmas gifts and clothing to over 800 children in the Houston area CPS Foster Care system over the past six years. Outside of her professional life, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family. As a mother of four and grandmother of nine, she cherishes every moment with them. Her hobbies include baking, furniture makeovers, sewing, and crafting.
