Gilbert & Pardue is pleased to announce that Marjory Loebe has begun her new role as Marketing Systems and Program Manager. Ms. Loebe is a Marketing & Communications leader with over 24 years of experience in B2B and B2C Marketing, Multi-channel Marketing, Strategy and Execution, Customer Insights and Analytics, Global Marketing, and Retail Consulting. She has a passion for building strong, customer-led brands in a variety of industries including Financial, Manufacturing, Industrial Distribution, Oil & Gas, and Entrepreneurship. “I’m humbled to get to work alongside a group of professionals of this caliber with the single-minded mission of serving their - our! – clients with honesty, caring, and courage in the single most important financial moment of their lives.”
Throughout her career, Ms. Loebe has gained expertise in partnering with manufacturing and independent dealer networks to implement go-to-market strategies and in collaborating with Sales to drive short-term sales along with long-term brand equity and growth. She has a successful history of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to strategy and grounded in customer data and insights. Throughout her career, Marjory has enjoyed the experience of working collaboratively across complex matrix organizations.

Ms. Loebe earned Bachelor of Science degrees in International Finance and International Business, minoring in Accounting, from the University of Houston. She earned an M.B.A. in Marketing from Grand Canyon University in Arizona and went on to open her own successful business in Houston in 2011. Blu Ocean concepts focused on serving small to medium enterprises with marketing and operational strategy until she successfully sold the company in 2020.
When she is not working on GaP priorities, Ms. Loebe enjoys time with her daughter, her fur baby, exercising, and reading. She is also an avid cottage baker. She volunteers as a mentor and life coach at the Angela House, an organization focused on helping recently-released incarcerated women to re-enter society as thriving, independent individuals.
